Who Dunnit? – Mystery at the Museum

The City Adventurers are quite proud of their detective skills and so we settled down to play “Who Dunnit? – Mystery at the Museum” by YULU.

The box said suitable for 2 to 4 players but actually it meant 2 players, or 4 players playing as 2 teams. The story goes that, during a blackout, two crimes were committed at the National Museum. You have details of one crime and your opponents have details of the other.

Each team has a set of see through playing boards and three cards. The cards show who moved an object, what the object was and where it was moved to. The object of the game is to determine who committed what crime and where before your opponent does.

To deduce the answers you have a chance to ask your opponents yes or no questions. Ask the right questions, and you stand a chance of becoming a master detective. But, as we played, we discovered that asking the right questions was harder than it appeared. Trying to reduce your question to getting yes or no answers was one thing. Getting the other team to agree this was a reasonable question was another!

A fun game, with plenty of “banter”. This is perfect for inclusion in a family games night.

Yulu Who Dunnit! is Available from Amazon and other retailers.
